SCIENCE Jan. 17-20

Science Fair Project -
"Design an experiment to test the hypothesis" DUE Tues., Jan. 17th
 Also, each Wednesday, I will be grading the student's Science Fair Journal. They must log their project activity. This journal will be on display along with their final project.


Scholastic Super Science Magazine - Tuesday and Wednesday we will have class discussion and complete a worksheet packet. This is due at the end of class on Wednesday.


Math Enrichment on Thursday. Around-the-World math facts and graphing practice.


No Science on Friday due to Honor Roll Bowling. Students on campus will be completing Math activities.

LANGUAGE ARTS Jan. 17-20

Students will be given the outline for our next "Speak-up". The theme is Future. Students will be writing a 5 paragraph paper, which will be due at the end of class on Thursday. The oral presentations of the Future "Speak-up" will be on Friday afternoon.

We are reading "The Tempest". Students will choose a scene to act out with a partner and present this scene to the class. These skits will be presented sometime the week of Jan. 23. Details to follow.....

Congratulations to Grace and Julian for winning our homeroom spelling bee. They will participate in the AOT Middle School Spelling Bee. Time to be announced.....
