SCIENCE May 7-11

On Monday, students will be given information about our final Science project: Egg Drop Project. Students may work individually or in a group of 2-3 to complete this assignment. Each student must write up an Egg Drop Project Report according to instructions in the hand-out.
REPORT DUE: MONDAY, MAY 14.


Students are required to bring their Egg Drop 'container' to school on Thursday, May 17th. Make certain that it contains a raw egg. Make any modifications you deem necessary. We plan to hold a 5th Grade Egg Drop Event on either May 17 or 18. Details to follow....

The students will take the Reading Post-test. 


The students will create a book. This short story will be illustrated. The completed book will be due on Wed., May 16th. Class time and supplies will be given.

SPELLING May 7-11

The students have completed their 5th Grade Spelling Workbooks. This week in Spelling, the students will be given a word list to study. There will be activities and games to reinforce these words. TEST Friday, May 11.
